Steel structure production
Ferrostroy LLC has its own workshop for the production of building steel structures - both load-bearing and enclosing. The enterprise produces metal structures weighing up to 10 tons per shipping mark, up to 13,500 mm long and up to 3,500 mm high from rolled steel and sheet metal using semi-automatic welding.
Production capacity is 100–120 tons per month, depending on the complexity of the structures.
Non-standard equipment
The company has experience in manufacturing:

masts of various types;

water towers;

conveyors and other technological equipment.
The structures are made using both welded joints and friction high-strength bolted joints.
Technological process
The production line is built according to the classic linear scheme. The materials are fed to the preparation section, equipped with plasma cutting equipment, band saws and guillotines. If necessary, the blanks are rolled, bent or drilled on modern machines (rolling machines, sheet benders, press shears, radial drilling machine).
After that, the parts are transferred to the assembly and welding area, undergo quality control, and are sent for surface preparation and painting in a separate room. The finished products are stored in the warehouse until shipment to the customer.
Equipment and standards
For internal movement, two remote-controlled overhead cranes, an electric stacker, and small mechanization equipment are used.
The company is currently undergoing certification tests for compliance with European quality management requirements according to EN 1090.
