Ferrostroy LLC implements BIM technologies in the design of modular buildings, in particular dormitories for internally displaced persons. BIM allows you to create a single digital model of the object, ensuring the accuracy of decisions, coordination between specialists, and effective work at all stages of project implementation.

Project characteristics

The project provides for the construction of a dormitory with 116 beds.

Main parameters:

3 floors;
dimensions 36 × 20.3 m;
The basement is a dual-purpose shelter.

The structure is an incomplete frame with reinforced concrete frames and rigid nodes that ensure the spatial stability of the building.

Site and infrastructure

Construction is planned on a 0.6 hectare plot, taking into account existing development. Clearance of the territory, vertical planning, and organized drainage are planned. The road surface is non-rigid asphalt concrete.
